Sorry - we do not give out samples. You may, however, order from our sample page.
Do you have a catalog?
We do have a pamphlet - please email us your address and we will gladly send you one.
What oils are your soaps made with?
We use a combination of Coconut oil, Palm Oil, Palm Kernel Oil.
How do you ship your products?
USA orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Canadian orders are shipped USPS International Mail and are limited to a four pound weight limit.
I am highly allergic to everything, my baby is deathly allergic also, will your products be safe for us to use?
We understand people have skin problems but we cannot say what is right for you. We sell handmade body products made with the least amount of chemicals and colorants and paraben-free preservatives we can make. Always do a skin patch test with any product you plan to use, read your labels and do your research on ingredients.
What are the ingredients in your goat milk lotions and creams?
Purified Water, Natural Goat Milk, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Emulsifying Wax, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Citric Acid, Germall Plus, Vitamin E and either Essential Oils, or Skin Safe Fragrance Oils.
What incredients does your unscented face cream have?
Purified Water, Rice Bran Oil, Avocado Oil, Aloe Vera Juice, Emulsifying Wax Stearic Acid, Goat Milk, Vegetable Glycerin, Vitamin E Oil, Citric Acid, Germall Plus. Stearic Acid consists of saturated fatty acids which come from vegetable fats & oils.
What preservative do you use?
The only form of preservative used is Germall Plus, a highly effective, broad spectrum natural, non-paraben preservative.
How much goat milk is in your soaps?
Our soaps are created with 25% goat milk .
Do you wholesale or private label?
Not at this time.
Can I return my product if I don't like it?
Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the product. We will, however, attempt to work out a happy solution!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept faxed and mailed in orders. Mailed in orders received without shipping added will be returned to the customer.
